Chirps and Cheeps

As I was driving past a snowy field the other day, I happened to see an Eastern Bluebird poking around in the snow.  Curious, I pulled over to watch.  We've had some substantial snowfalls recently and I thought it way too deep for any insect life to be found so I was amazed when I saw the bluebird pull out a caterpillar!  In spite of all that snow, there is insect life out there and our bluebirds are apparently very adept at finding it!
