Back to the Glossy Ibis and No Laughing Gull

My streak of life birds ended at Day #6, Wednesday, with the Orange-crowned Warbler found at Tifft. I tried to catch a couple more yesterday by chasing after the Laughing Gull found at Dunkirk Harbor (hoping for a Common Tern there too), and later, a Blackburnian Warbler found at Stiglmeier Park - all with no luck.

While I was down in Dunkirk, I thought I should swing by the marsh in Fredonia and see if I could get a couple better shots of the Glossy Ibis.  That was great; the ibis was back a little bit but in a fairly visible spot and he provided some nice views.

While I was there, I also saw a few Yellow Warblers, an Eastern Bluebird, a Baltimore Oriole, and a Green Heron.

Later, at Stiglmeier, I didn't find any warblers at all - but then I went too late in the evening. I think that place may be great in the mornings so I'll have to give it another chance.
